Satellite Healthcare is seeking a purpose-driven teammate to join our team as a Patient Care Technician Trainee (PCT Trainee). You will train to provide direct patient care under RN supervision and learn hemodialysis procedures in line with center policies, including taking vital signs, preparing equipment, and monitoring dialysis.

Qualifications

Current CPR certification
BONENT/NNCC/NNCO certification within 18 months from hire date
CDPH CHT certification (CA locations) within 18 months from hire date

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurse
Learn to perform hemodialysis treatments according to Satellite policies
Take and monitor patient vital signs and document information
