Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable, high-quality dialysis treatment and monitor patients.
• Prepare machines for hemodialysis, operate during treatment, and collect blood samples as ordered.
• Ensure safety and quality by cleaning, disinfecting machines, and performing safety checks.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and participate in staff meetings and continuing education.
