Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Dialysis Patient Care Technician (Finance) to join our team in a role that supports patient care under RN supervision.

You will assist with dialysis treatments, monitor vital signs, and participate in safety and quality initiatives across our centers. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a desire to care for patients, and relevant healthcare experience such as dialysis, phlebotomy, or CNA work.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Complete USRC training within 8 weeks of hire.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and monitor patients.
• Prepare and disinfect dialysis machines and perform safety checks per protocols.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and follow company policies and regulations.
