U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our dialysis team.

You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse to deliver safe, comfortable dialysis and collect patient data before and after treatment. You will prepare machines, monitor patients during sessions, perform routine safety checks, and follow all policies and state/federal regulations. A strong desire to help people with kidney disease and a commitment to training and certification are

Qualifikationen

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Prior healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate per protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Aufgaben

• Provide safe, comfortable, high-quality dialysis treatment and monitor patients.
• Prepare machines for hemodialysis treatments and disinfect after use.
• Conduct machine safety checks and log results for quality control.
• Follow safety measures and state/federal regulations; participate in meetings and education.
