Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join a cross-functional care team, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse, to deliver dialysis treatment and patient assessments.

You will focus on safety, quality, and collaboration with nurses and staff, complete required training, and participate in ongoing education to support patients with kidney disease.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Willingness to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Patient care: you will work directly with patients to provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment under supervision.
• Safety & Quality: you will ensure quality by preparing machines, cleaning and disinfecting, and logging machine safety checks.
• Partnership: you will be part of an interdisciplinary team, adhering to policies and participating in required meetings and education.
