Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join a cross-functional team providing dialysis treatment and patient support. You will work under an RN or CN to assist with treatments and ensure safety and quality in daily operations.

The role emphasizes patient care, machine preparation and cleaning, safety checks, and adherence to regulations. Training is provided to qualify for the hemodialysis program.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Patient care: assist with safe, comfortable dialysis; collect stats; monitor and support treatment.
• Technician duties: prepare and disinfect machines, run safety checks, log results.
• Safety & quality: follow PPE guidelines, state/federal regulations, attend trainings.
