Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support dialysis treatment under RN/Charge Nurse supervision. You will contribute to patient care, monitor patients, and assist with collecting samples as per physician orders.

You will also prepare and sanitize dialysis machines, perform safety checks, and adhere to all protocols while engaging in required trainings and meetings.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable, high-quality dialysis treatment and gather patient stats before/after treatment.
• Prepare machines for hemodialysis, clean/disinfect after treatment, and log safety checks.
• Follow safety measures and company/state/federal regulations; participate in staff meetings and ongoing education.
