Job summary

Innovative Renal Care (IRC) is seeking Patient Care Technicians to support ESRD patients in dialysis care. You will monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, record stats, assist with cannulation, and help set up the hemodialysis machine.

Compassion and reliability are essential to build trust with patients and families. Qualified candidates have a High School diploma, be comfortable around blood and needles, and hold current BLS/CPR certification; experienced PCTs should have

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people; comfortable around blood and needles.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required; experienced PCTs need state or national certification (BONENT/NNCC/NNCO).

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis; record stats.
• Initiate cannulation and assist with hemodialysis machine setup.
