Dialysis Clinic, Inc. in US NM Raton is hiring Patient Care Technicians (PCT) to support a multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality dialysis care.

The role includes 12-hour shifts starting early morning, under RN supervision, with Sundays off and no overnight shifts. Paid 12-week training with a preceptor is provided, along with comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits and retirement matching.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
• Training provided: 3‑month education program with classroom and skills sessions.

Responsabilidades

• Infection control, risk management, and patient education support.
• Guide new patients through a 120-day education plan.
• Record patient vital signs and machine readings during dialysis.
• Set up and break down dialysis blood system under RN supervision.
• Insert and remove patient access needles and monitor during treatment.
• Maintain inventory and perform basic laboratory tasks.
