Job summary

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. in the United States is hiring Patient Care Technicians/Certified Dialysis Technicians (PCT) to support dialysis treatment for patients with end-stage renal disease.

The role offers full-time schedules with four 10-hour shifts starting at 4:30am and Sundays off, plus an hourly pay starting at $18.50 depending on experience. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package, a 12-week paid training program with a preceptor, medical and life insurance, PTO, a retirement

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to participate in training.
• Prior healthcare exposure preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in infection control and patient education.
• Record vital signs and machine readings during treatment.
• Set up and operate dialysis equipment and supplies.
• Assist RN and monitor patient during treatment.
• Maintain patient privacy and professional conduct.
• Inventory management and basic laboratory tasks.
