Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and gather patient stats.
• Prepare machines and disinfect after treatment; conduct safety checks and log results.
• Follow safety measures and company policies under RN supervision.
• Attend required staff meetings and continuing education offerings.
