Job summary

US Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our dialysis team in Hawaii. You will work directly with patients to provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and to collect patient stats as ordered by physicians.

Under RN or Charge Nurse supervision, you will prepare and monitor machines, perform safety checks, and ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance. Training and development are provided during onboarding and beyond.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare.
• Healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as CNA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and assist patients.
• Prepare machines for hemodialysis and log safety checks.
• Maintain safety protocols and PPE usage; participate in meetings and training.
• Coordinate with RN/Charge Nurse to support patient care.
