U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Dialysis Patient Care Technician - Float (Finance) to join our team in Long Beach. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality dialysis care under RN or CN supervision, preparing and operating dialysis machines, and ensuring safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a desire to work in healthcare, and preferably prior dialysis or CNA experience. Training and certifications are required within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and collect patient stats before and after treatment.
• Prepare machines, monitor patients during treatment, and collect blood samples per physician orders.
• Perform machine safety checks, cleaning, and logging results per quality protocols.
