Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. seeks a Dialysis Patient Care Technician (Floater) to provide compassionate, patient-centered dialysis care across multiple clinics in the Santa Rosa area.

You will prepare and monitor dialysis treatments, take vitals, cannulate, maintain infection control, document accurately, and coordinate with RNs and nephrologists. The role requires strong clinical skills, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical aptitude in dialysis procedures and hemodialysis monitoring.
• Excellent patient communication and compassionate bedside manner.
• Reliable documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with nurses, nephrologists and teammates.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, test, and set up dialysis machines and treatment stations.

Dialysis Patient Care Technician (Floater)

provides compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals with chronic kidney disease across multiple clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, test, and set up dialysis machines and treatment stations.
• Perform patient intake, including obtaining vital signs and conducting assessments.
• Prepare patients for treatment and cannulate vascular access.
• Initiate and monitor hemodialysis treatments, addressing patient needs promptly.
• Report patient condition changes immediately to the RN.
• Maintain strict infection control, safety practices, and treatment protocols.
• Complete accurate documentation and support coordination with the care team.
