Job summary

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end‑stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. You will provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, comfort with medical procedures and patient interactions, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or equivalent preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification is a plus.
• Healthcare experience in clinical settings is valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dialysis care in a safe and hygienic manner.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment and monitor vital signs.
• Record patient data and provide education on treatment and kidney health.
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers and the care team.
