Job summary

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. Under RN supervision, you'll provide direct, hands-on care and help patients through dialysis treatment.

Qualifications

• Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Willing to float between local clinics as needed
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
• Record vital signs and patient data
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
