Community Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician for the dialysis unit on the day shift. The role focuses on high-quality, patient-centered care under RN/LPN supervision, including ADL support and safe care environment maintenance.

The ideal candidate has 0-2 years in acute care or is currently enrolled in a nursing program; BCLS is required within 90 days of hire, and CNA or CPCT certification is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Texas.

Mansioni

• Assist nursing staff in delivering care and maintaining a safe, organized environment.
• Record vital signs and patient data and report to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Assist with meals, personal care, and activities of daily living.
• Support patient mobility and use of assistive devices.
• Collect specimens and perform basic point-of-care tasks per protocol.
• Communicate patient information clearly to the care team and maintain confidentiality.
