Job summary

Innovative Renal Care seeks a Patient Care Technician to provide high-quality care to ESRD patients undergoing dialysis. You will monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, record stats, initiate cannulation, observe patients, and assist with hemodialysis machine setup.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, a current BLS/CPR certification, and relevant ESRD certifications (BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state approval). Comfort around blood and needles is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Desire to care for people and comfort around blood and needles.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, NNCO or state approval, if applicable.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Measure and record stats during treatment.
• Initiate cannulation and participate in hemodialysis machine setup.
• Observe patients and ensure safety throughout the procedure.
