Job summary

Innovative Renal Care, a leading dialysis provider in the U.S., seeks a Patient Care Technician to support ESRD patients before, during, and after dialysis.

You will monitor vitals, assist with cannulation and setup of hemodialysis equipment, and document patient stats while upholding IRC's values of integrity and compassion.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, desire to care for people, and current BLS/CPR plus applicable PCT certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable other state approved certification.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during and after dialysis treatment; record stats.
• Initiate cannulation and assist with hemodialysis machine setup.
• Perform patient observations and ensure comfort and safety during treatment.
