Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join the caring team. You will work under supervision to provide safe dialysis treatment, monitor patients, and participate in safety and quality initiatives.

The role requires a high school diploma, a desire to help patients, and basic experience in dialysis or related healthcare tasks. Training and certifications will be provided according to state requirements.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and collect patient stats before and after treatment.
• Prepare machines for hemodialysis treatments, clean and disinfect, and log safety checks.
• Adhere to safety measures and state/federal laws; participate in meetings and continuing education.
