Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support clinical staff in delivering prescribed dialysis treatments to patients with end-stage renal disease. The role emphasizes infection control, patient education, and teamwork within a RN-supervised setting.

Full-time schedule with four 10-hour shifts starting at 5am; Sundays off. Compensation ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, with paid training and comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, and retirement

• Infection control, risk management and patient education
• Guide new patients through education plan
• Record patient vital signs and machine readings during treatment
• Operate under RN supervision
• Set up and break down dialysis blood system
• Insert and remove patient access needles
• Monitor patients during dialysis and inform charge nurse of concerns
• Calculate patient weight loss to reach dry weight
• Prioritize patient care and organize workload
• Maintain patient privacy and professional relationships
• Manage inventory
• Perform laboratory work

Ausbildung

High school diploma or GED

CNA/EMT/Medical assistant/phlebotomy skills desired
