U.S. Renal Care in Baltimore seeks a Dialysis Patient Care Technician to join a cross-functional team supporting dialysis treatments under RN supervision. You will deliver patient care, monitor vital signs, and assist with treatment setup in a regulated clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Interest in healthcare and patient care essential.
• Experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to follow safety protocols when handling chemical solutions.
• Ability to distinguish primary colors for safety checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide dialysis treatment and monitor patients for safety and comfort.
• Prepare machines, clean and disinfect after treatment, perform safety checks.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team under supervision and participate in meetings and trainings.
