Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician to deliver dialysis treatment under RN supervision. You will collect patient stats, initiate and monitor treatment, and ensure machine safety and quality compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma, healthcare interest, and CPR within 90 days; prior dialysis/phlebotomy/CNA experience is a plus, with color-vision requirements and adherence to state/federal regulations.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and gather patient stats before and after treatment.
• Prepare machines, clean and disinfect, and conduct safety checks with proper logging.
• Follow safety measures, work under supervision, and participate in meetings and continuing education.
