Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care during dialysis treatments under RN supervision.
• Ensure safety and quality by preparing machines, cleaning/disinfecting, and logging quality checks.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and participate in staff meetings and education.
