Job summary

U.S. Renal Care in Texas is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join a cross-functional team delivering dialysis treatment and patient support.

You will work under a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse to perform delegated activities of care for patients with kidney disease. You'll gather vital signs, monitor during treatment, and ensure safety by preparing machines, cleaning after use, and logging quality checks in line with state and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis care and monitor vital signs.
• Prepare and operate dialysis machines, perform safety checks and cleaning per protocol.
• Collaborate with RN/Charge Nurse and care team for patient assessment and care planning.
