Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level RN for the Outpatient CAP 1 program in North Carolina to provide and coordinate dialysis care.

You will assess, plan, and intervene under supervision, document care, educate patients, and participate in quality improvement. This role requires RN licensure and BLS.

Strong teamwork, ability to lift and travel to training sites may be required.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current CPR BLS Certification.
• Must meet practice requirements in the state in which he or she is employed.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and provide hemodialysis care for assigned patients.
• Document and adjust treatment plans based on patient data.
• Educate patients and families on care and transplant options.
• Serve as a resource and participate in staff training and orientation.
