Qualifications

• Entry level for RNs with less than 2 years of Nephrology Nursing experience.
• Experience in chronic/acute hemodialysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for assigned patients.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Participate in decision-making and quality improvement activities.
• Direct and provide daily hemodialysis therapy.
• Administer medications and document treatment effectiveness.
