Fresenius Kidney Care is seeking an Onsite Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN CAP 1) in Stoneham, MA for a full-time position. You will provide and coordinate comprehensive care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned patient group undergoing hemodialysis.

Entry-level RN with up to 2 years in nephrology is acceptable; training with a Preceptor & Nurse Educator is included. Includes tuition reimbursement up to $4,400 per year and major holidays off.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required or current.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document effectiveness.
• Direct and oversee daily delivery of hemodialysis therapy with the care team.
• Assess patient learning needs and provide education to patients and families.
• Participate in staff training, orientation, and quality improvement activities.
