Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG is seeking an entry-level registered nurse to join the Outpatient CAP program. The role involves providing and coordinating clinically competent care for dialysis patients, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

As part of the End Stage Kidney Disease health care team, you will collaborate with RNs, LVNs/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians, participate in education, teaching, and quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state nursing licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification current.
• Entry level RN with <2 years nephrology nursing experience (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive patient data collection and document in medical records for dialysis patients.
• Adjust treatment plan as indicated and escalate to team as needed.
• Educate patients and families about learning needs.
• Administer medications per order or algorithm.
• Provide direct dialysis care and supervise others as applicable.
