Job summary

CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP program. You will provide and coordinate care for dialysis patients, perform assessments, plan and evaluate care, and delegate tasks to care staff under supervision.

You'll participate in education, quality improvement, and decision-making as part of the ESRD care team. CPR/BLS certification and state RN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with active licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification maintained or current.
• Ready for RN responsibilities with basic nephrology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for an assigned patient group.
• Coordinate with RNs, LVN/LPNs, and PCTs in dialysis delivery.
• Document data and adjust treatment plans with supervision.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and care.
• Participate in team decisions, teaching and quality improvement.
