Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP1 program. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate dialysis care for an assigned patient group, coordinating with the team to ensure safe, high-quality treatment.

You will document in the patient record, participate in teaching and quality improvement, and advance through CAP requirements as directed by supervision and the clinical educator.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state nursing licensure.
• CPR BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate dialysis care for assigned patients.
• Document in medical record and communicate with team.
• Educate patients and families about treatment and care.
• Coordinate with RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians to ensure safe dialysis.
