Job summary

Qualifications

• Current appropriate state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient data during hemodialysis and adjust care plan as needed.
• Educate patients and families on learning needs for ongoing care.
• Deliver safe hemodialysis therapy in collaboration with the care team.
• Administer medications as prescribed or per approved protocol.
• Participate in staff training and quality improvement activities.
