Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient RN CAP1 track. You will coordinate and deliver evidence-based dialysis care, document patient data, and support education for patients and families.

As part of the End Stage Kidney Disease care team, you will contribute to quality improvement, participate in training, and may take on leadership duties as you advance within the CAP program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Entry level RN with <2 years nephrology experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing care coordination and assessment for dialysis patients.
• Document patient data and adjust the care plan as needed.
• Provide patient and family education and coordinate with the care team.
• Administer prescribed meds and respond to emergencies.
• Assist with supervision of staff as Team Leader or Nurse in Charge.
