Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is hiring a Dialysis Nurse to supervise dialysis care in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. You will provide direct hemodialysis, educate patients, and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.

The role requires an RN license, nursing experience, and dialysis exposure, with a focus on teamwork and patient outcomes in the Greater Indianapolis area.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current State appropriate or Compact RN License.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
• Minimum of three months of Dialysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct hemodialysis care and educates patients on renal health and self-care.
• Supervises dialysis technicians and delegates tasks to maintain clinical standards.
• Monitors patient response and adjusts treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare team to coordinate care and report critical lab results.
• Maintains accurate electronic medical records and ensures regulatory compliance.
