Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to supervise dialysis care within a skilled nursing facility. You will oversee the unit, work hands-on with patients, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality dialysis treatment and patient safety.

The role requires RN licensure, at least 1 year of nursing experience (including 3 months in dialysis), and BLS certification. A strong focus on teamwork and compliance with policies will be essential for success.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current State RN license or compact license.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Minimum of 3 months of dialysis experience.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hemodialysis care, perform assessments, administer meds, educate patients on renal health and self-care.
• Delegate tasks to dialysis technicians, supervise their performance, ensure clinical standards.
• Monitor patient response to dialysis, adjust plans as needed, document interventions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to coordinate care and report critical lab results.
• Maintain accurate electronic records, complete care plans timely, adhere to safety/regulatory protocols.
