Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in any practice area.
• Minimum of 3 months dialysis experience required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct hemodialysis care and patient education on renal health and self-care.
• Delegates tasks to dialysis technicians and supervises performance.
• Monitors patient response and adjusts dialysis plans as needed and documents interventions.
