Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with an RN license.
• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in any practice area.
• Minimum of three (3) months of Dialysis experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hemodialysis care and patient education.
• Lead and supervise dialysis technicians, delegating tasks.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure safety/regulatory compliance.
