Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to supervise dialysis care in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. You will provide direct hemodialysis, educate patients on renal health and self-care, and work under state and federal regulations.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license (or compact), at least 1 year of nursing experience, and 3 months of dialysis exposure with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current State RN license or Compact license.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in any area.
• Minimum 3 months of Dialysis experience.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hemodialysis care and patient education.
• Supervise dialysis technicians and delegate tasks.
• Monitor patient response and adjust treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
