Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing from accredited nursing program.
• Master's degree in related field required within 5 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support nursing and clinical staff across daily clinic operations.
• Foster a culture focused on patient-centered, evidence-based care and exceptional service.
• Partner with physicians, nephrologists, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Support staffing, scheduling, workflow management, and operational performance.
• Monitor quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and departmental metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient experience, clinical processes, and operational efficiency.
• Coach and develop team members while promoting professional growth and clinical excellence.
• Serve as a resource and advocate for patients, families, and staff navigating complex care needs.
