Job summary

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. in Kings Mountain, NC is seeking a nursing leader to oversee patient care and staff in our dialysis facility. You will schedule patients and staff, supervise teams, and ensure treatments meet DCI standards and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the medical director, education staff, and operations leadership, with a focus on quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement in a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• BSN/AA/RN nursing degree required.
• Current NC Registered Nurse license.
• Six months dialysis experience required; one year preferred.
• One year clinical nursing experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients and staff and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Ensure all hemodialysis treatments follow DCI policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement standards of care in line with ESRD Network and QAPI.
• Plan and provide training and assessments for patient care staff with nurse educator.
• Coordinate QAPI and risk management program implementation with quality/risk teams.
• Collaborate with medical director, social worker, dietitian, charge nurses and others.
• Work with clinic operations director and medical director on unit activities.
• Supervise nursing, social work, dietitian and technical staff according to policies.
