Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care AG is seeking a new graduate registered nurse to join the on-site hemodialysis team at various Minnesota locations (St. Cloud, Brainerd, Waite Park, Shakopee).

You will work under supervision toward licensure, perform pre/post dialysis duties, and participate in patient care and documentation. You must obtain your nursing license within 90 days of hire and be prepared for the physically demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Must obtain nursing license within 90 days of start.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Performs vascular access evaluation pre-treatment.
• Performs pre- and post-dialysis evaluations, vital signs, and documentation.
• Operates dialysis treatment according to orders and monitors patient response.
• Maintains environment, disinfects equipment, and ensures safety between treatments.
