• Registers pre- and post-dialysis data including weight and vital signs.
• Assists with cannulation and reports difficulties to nurse supervisor.
• Initiates dialysis treatment according to orders and monitors patient response.
• Obtains vital signs and documents treatment and patient status.
• Maintains environmental cleanliness and prepares dialysis equipment for use.
• Enters treatment data into designated clinical application accurately.
• Prepares lab requisitions and collects lab specimens as required.
