Fresenius Medical Care AG is seeking a nursing graduate to join the dialysis health care team under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse. The role involves patient care, data recording, and preparation for dialysis procedures.

Successful candidates will obtain their nursing license within 90 days of hire, work in a fast-paced clinical setting, and support dialysis therapy delivery and patient safety.

Formación

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program within the past 12 months.
• Must obtain nursing license within 90 days of employment.
• Works under direct supervision of a licensed nurse.

Responsabilidades

• Performs vascular access evaluation pre-treatment.
• Records pre and post dialysis data including weight and vital signs.
• Initiates dialysis according to prescribed orders.
• Monitors patient response to dialysis therapy.
• Obtains vital signs and documents treatment details.
• Assists with laboratory specimen collection and handling.
• Enters treatment data into designated clinical application.
