Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs vascular access evaluation pre-treatment.
• Performs pre and post dialysis evaluation, weight and vital signs.
• Monitors patient response to dialysis therapy and documents changes.
• Operates dialysis equipment according to prescribed orders and safety protocols.
• Maintains patient records and documents treatment details accurately.
• Obtains lab specimens and ensures proper labeling and handling.
