Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current State RN license or Compact license.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in any practice area.
• Minimum 3 months of Dialysis experience required.
• BLS Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct hemodialysis care and patient assessments.
• Educates patients on renal health and self-care.
• Delegates tasks to dialysis technicians and supervises performance.
• Monitors dialysis response and adjusts treatment plans.
• Documents interventions and outcomes accurately.
• Coordinates care with physicians and healthcare team.
