Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join its team in the Greater Houston Area. You will supervise dialysis care, perform direct patient care, and educate patients on renal health and self-care.

The role requires RN licensure and dialysis experience; you will lead a team of dialysis technicians, coordinate with physicians, and ensure compliant, quality patient outcomes in a clinical setting. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current State RN license or Compact license.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Minimum 3 months of Dialysis experience.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hemodialysis care, assessments, medications, and patient education.
• Delegate tasks to dialysis technicians, supervise performance, ensure compliance.
• Monitor patient response, adjust treatment plans, document interventions.
• Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team for continuity.
• Maintain accurate EMR, care plans, and safety/regulatory compliance.
