Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse in Dallas, TX to supervise dialysis care and collaborate with the hemodialysis team. You will provide direct patient care, educate patients on renal health, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

You will delegate tasks to dialysis technicians, monitor patient responses, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate records. The role emphasizes teamwork, clinical excellence, and a strong focus on safety and quality

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; RN license current.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in any practice area.
• Minimum of three months of Dialysis experience.
• BLS Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hemodialysis care, assessments, meds, and renal health education.
• Delegate to dialysis technicians; supervise and ensure clinical standards.
• Monitor and adjust dialysis, document interventions and outcomes.
• Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team; report lab results.
• Maintain accurate EMRs and care plans; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
