Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to supervise dialysis care in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting in Conyers, GA. You will provide direct hemodialysis care, educate patients on renal health, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes.

The role includes supervising dialysis technicians, monitoring patient responses, and maintaining accurate documentation while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current State appropriate or Compact RN License.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in any practice area.
• Minimum of three months of Dialysis experience required.
• BLS Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hemodialysis care, assessments, medications, and renal health education.
• Delegate tasks to dialysis technicians and supervise performance.
• Monitor patient response, adjust treatment plans, document interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
