Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current State RN License (or compact).
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in any practice area.
• Minimum of three months of Dialysis experience.
• BLS Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hemodialysis care, perform assessments, administer medications, and educate patients on renal health and self-care.
• Delegate tasks to dialysis technicians, supervise their performance, and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
• Monitor patient response to dialysis, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document interventions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care and report critical lab results.
