Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure as an RN.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Must meet state practice requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs essential nursing duties under supervision and with guidance.
• Collects and analyzes dialysis data, documents in medical records, adjusts treatment as needed.
• Provides patient and family education on dialysis and home care.
• Delivers safe, effective home dialysis therapies with patient and home care partners.
• Administers medications per protocol and documents effectiveness.
• Participates in emergency response and quality improvement activities.
• Mentors new staff and supports CAP requirements.
